Elle is a production manager whose work spans small to large scale projects across the world. Her work includes productions from traditional theatres, outdoor woodlands, gym halls on remote islands, and other wonderfully unusual venues.

Her production management career began with technical management and various production team roles, culminating in her current position. This background has resulted in a production management approach that is technical, detail orientated and logistically focussed.

Elle has worked with various companies over the years within a production management role. She is currently working as production manager for Barrowland Ballet on “Wee Man”, “Chunky Jewellery”, “Tigers”, “The Gift”, “Family Portrait” to be staged in Scotland, China and Korea this year.

From 2021 to 2023 she worked as permanent production manager at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, working across all disciplines and age groups. She has worked with site specific companies such as Grid Iron Theatre Company on “Doppler, the story so far”, “Doppler” and Lightworks on various light trails in the UK. Elle has worked with various dance and theatre companies such as All or Nothing aerial company on "The Swings”, Company Chordelia on “The Chosen” and “Lady Macbeth Unsex me here” She has worked with various Scottish theatre companies such Tortoise in a Nutshell on “Concerned Others”, “Ragnarok” and “The Lost Things”, Sleeping Warrior Company on “Battery Park” and “To Save the Sea”, Red Note Ensemble on “Flock” and "“New Normal”, Theatre Gu Leor on “Stornoway Quebec” and “Scotties”, Company of Wolves “Julius Caesar”, Disaster Plan on “Move” and The National Theatre of Scotland “Neurostages”, “Lament for Sheku Bayoh”, “Exodus” and “Dear Billy”. Internationally Elle has worked with companies such as Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre on “One Green Bottle” and Kyoto City Kuretake Cultural Centre on “Pekku”. In addition to her production management work, Elle delivers workshops, mentors emerging professionals and has been guest speaker about production managing for the Beacon Arts Centre, National Theatre of Scotland, Scottish Youth Theatre and The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
